I'm so grateful that you've chosen to visit this site and learn about how you can change the world through the love and compassion that you already possess within you.
My education and career have been focused on providing outpatient mental health services. I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Arkansas in 2004. I have worked at several outpatient specialty clinics including:
my own private practices
The Anxiety Disorders Center at the Institute of Living
The OCD and Related Disorders Clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School
My work has been focused on the treatment of anxiety, mood, obsessive-compulsive spectrum, and eating disorders. I have been honored to work with hundreds of clients over the years. I am profoundly grateful for the opportunities to touch their lives. I am now driven to share the knowledge that I have about transformation with a broader audience. I will provide you with information about growth and change that I have gathered from my personal and professional experience.
I am on a personal journey of transformation with a focus on developing greater love and compassion for others and myself. This project will help to fulfill my sense of purpose. I consider it to be my personal mission. I will be sharing my experiences with you along the way. I would be honored if you would share your experiences with me as well. As this project grows, I hope that we can develop a community to share our ideas, challenges, and successes. I believe that together we can change the world by transforming ourselves, treating others with love and kindness, and inspiring others to do the same.
Wishing you peace and love,
